Corporate Legal Counsel - Global Business - Dublin, IrelandWe are working with an international business to recruit a Corporate Legal Counsel for their Irish entity, a key player in a global group headquartered in Europe. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile legal matters within a sustainability-focused organization.Key Responsibilities:Advise senior management on legal issues across corporate, commercial, competition, procurement, compliance and construction law.Manage corporate and regulatory matters, including restructurings and entity formation/dissolution.Support M&A activities, including joint ventures and partnerships.Draft company policies, review high-value contracts, assess tenders and commercial agreements.Provide tailored legal advice and training to commercial teams.Engage and manage external counsel as needed.Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethics and the Group’s compliance programmes.Ideal Candidate:Qualified solicitor (5-6+ PQE), preferably with corporate, commercial or construction law experience from a top-tier/international firm.In-house legal exposure would be beneficial.Ambitious with a strong commitment to professional development.This role offers hybrid working and growth prospects in an international environment.For more details or to express an interest, please contact Mared Roberts for a confidential conversation on +353 16392924 or send a CV to mroberts@keanemcdonald.com.
