Private Equity Accounting Consultant
Our team in Limerick is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Private Equity Accounting Consultant to join our Fund Administration department.
This role will involve assisting with all aspects of Fund Administration, including Financial Reporting, Transfer Agency, and NAV Calculation.
You will work closely with clients and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and regulatory returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service to clients.
* Prepare interim and annual financial statements.
* Liaise with clients and external auditors.
* Oversee regulatory filings and compliance reports.
* Ensure accurate NAV calculation and timely payment of operating expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A recognised accounting qualification.
* Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS.
* Experience in Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
