Our team manages the cross-site infrastructure and tools that enable Qualcomm's ML teams to deliver products to customers.We manage a server farm of embedded phone-like devices and the infrastructure (CI/CD, tooling, automation) which enables software developers to run workloads at large scales (400,000+ tasks per day).Our team focuses on maintaining the physical server farm and developing and enhancing the automation around it.This position is based in our Cork office - onsite 5 days per week.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to support large-scale software delivery.Administer Jenkins infrastructure, including job configuration, plugin management, and performance tuning.Monitor and troubleshoot build systems, ensuring high availability and rapid response to issues.Scale infrastructure to meet growing demands and proactively address performance bottlenecks.Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across build and deployment systems.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant discipline. A master's degree is preferable.7+ years of practical experience in DevOps.Advanced experience with industry standard CI/CD pipeline automation and tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub CI).Advanced proficiency in shell scripting and Python.Advanced debugging skills; able to clearly articulate past examples of resolving complex build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.Advanced-level skills in Linux system administration, including Docker, Git, NFS.Experience with database administration and data visualization tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team spanning. several time zonesWhere you will be workingCork has a proud reputation as Ire with knowledge of the AIFMD, UCITS and PRIIPs regulations.Job responsibilities:· Production Oversighto Delivery of regulatory and investor reporting for the investment funds domiciled in Ireland, UK, Luxembourg. Reports include: European PRIIP template (EPT), European MIFID template (EMT), UCIITS KIID, PRIIP KIDs, AIFMD reporting, fact sheets, performance reporting, ESG reporting.o Monitoring and directly resolving production issues related to regulatory reports.o Assisting clients and partners resolve technical or process queries, for example reconciling PRIIPs calculations.o Delivery of feedback from clients to software development team and business development partners o Curation of Portfolio NAV, PRIIPs, ESG and regulatory tables .o Responsible for supporting RiskMonitor platform and processeso Engagement with data vendors .o Keep up to date with new regulations.
