We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our residential services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high operational standards, managing relationships with external partners, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
They will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and efficiency, while also designing engaging activities for children to learn, play, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
