Elevate Media
team as a
Client Solutions Lead.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and w
orking as a member of the Client Solutions Team, this role is responsible for the development and growth of the Retail Media and Data monetisation opportunities for Musgrave.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting the delivery of the Elevate business, sales and revenue growth targets.
* Working with a team of Client Solution Leads to deliver on budget in conjunction with the commercial teams and clients across all Musgrave businesses and further grow media monetization practice in Ireland.
* Working closely with Brand Activations & Data & Insights teams to develop and deliver compelling pitches in line with annual calendar of events and fulfilling client objectives
* Develop and maintain business relationships with new clients to leverage opportunities to drive new and incremental growth.
* Develop and maintain relationships with Key Marketing contacts to develop and grow new business opportunities for the area.
* Negotiate annual plans with clients (new & existing) – terms, rates, growth targets
* Performance analysis & management, putting corrective action in place to ensure sales and growth targets are achieved.

What we'er looking for:

* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, possess strong presentation & organisational skills.
* Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of negotiating new and existing business
* High levels of commercial acumen, a demonstration of building excellent client relationships
* A minimum of 5 years in a Media Sales/Advertising role and in-depth knowledge of the Irish media market.
* Strong attention to detail, influencing, facilitation and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
* Hold a 3rd level degree in either a Sales, Marketing or other relevant business discipline.
* A specialist qualification in Media, Digital Marketing or Sales will be of advantage.
* Knowledge of FMCG/Retail business will be advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
