Support Worker Role
Caring for individuals with disabilities in a residential setting is a highly rewarding role.
* We are seeking Support Workers to provide person-centred care and promote independence among our service users.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area.
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care.
* Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures.
* Full Clean Manual Driving License.
