Job Description
This role will report to the Property Manager and have responsibility for the smooth front of house operation of the building.Working 40 hours per week, the primary function is to ensure the efficient operation, safety and security of this high-end commercial property. The Front of House administrator will need to maintain constant awareness of the importance of the clients' corporate image, the occupier needs.
Job ResponsibilitiesCreate a welcoming and enjoyable environment for visitors and staffEngage in regular communications and assist in organizing events within the buildingManage all couriers and postal servicesHandle day-to-day issues promptly and professionallyMaintain software platforms such as Traction Guest (electronic visitor & contractor sign-in) and client SharePoint sitesProvide support to the Building Manager and Facilities Coordinator as requiredEnsure operational standards align with Aramark Properties service level agreements and client expectationsMonitor Health, Safety, and Welfare risks and report concerns to managementKeep the Building Manager informed of operational developmentsEnsure the building fabric is maintained and in good conditionInspect common areas and vacant spaces for leaks or issues and report for remedial repairsWork with the Building Manager and Sustainability Manager to record electricity readings and support sustainability initiatives
QualificationsFluent EnglishMinimum 2–3 years' experience in hospitality or similar environmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsAmbitious, energetic, and motivated individualPositive outlook with strong problem-solving skillsSolutions-focused attitudeProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookTeam player with excellent attention to detail
