About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Project & Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and delivery for a large-scale PLM migration. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for ensuring the migration is delivered accurately, to a high standard, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage the end-to-end test approach for the PLM migration, including plans, strategy, entry/exit criteria, and test environments.
* Drive improvements to the current testing process, streamlining workflows and enhancing quality.
* Provide oversight of test execution (coordination, tracking, defect triage, reporting) – you won’t be executing tests yourself, but you’ll ensure they’re done to a high standard.
* Lead data validation activities to ensure migration accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver testing milestones on time and to budget.
* Report status, risks, and issues to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in test management with a strong grasp of best practices in test strategy and execution oversight.
* Background in hands-on testing (past experience) to understand what “good” looks like.
* Track record in project delivery, ideally in data-heavy environments such as migrations or integrations.
* Strong systems experience; familiarity with PLM migrations a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Oracle Agile PLM.
* Prior ownership of test tooling, automation strategy, or environment management.
