Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and service-driven
Remote Customer Service Specialist – Hotel Bookings
to support our clients with hotel research, reservations, and post-booking assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working remotely, is comfortable using online tools, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with booking hotel accommodations that meet their needs, budget, and travel goals
Provide professional and timely support via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Confirm booking details and ensure accuracy of client itineraries
