Site Management Professional
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant safety regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage urban and rural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, communicating project status, and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
* Review project drawings, assess feedback, and implement design amendments to maintain quality standards.
* Lead and mentor site teams and designers, identifying training needs and coordinating resource allocation.
* Oversee material logistics, internal scheduling, and liaison with Local Authorities regarding inspections and infrastructure conditions.
* Ensure comprehensive health and safety protocols are implemented and maintained across all project sites, including traffic management and regular safety audits.
To excel in this role, you will require a valid driving license, an engineering qualification or equivalent, and substantial experience in Civils, drainage, or utilities sectors.
