Hotel Operations Manager Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all hotel operations with a strong focus on Food & Beverage management.
* Support Heads of Department to ensure efficient systems, staffing, and workflows are in place.
* Maintain high standards across all departments, ensuring full compliance with regulatory bodies and internal audits.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with excellent people skills, customer-focused, hands-on, and able to come up with solutions.
Requirements include 3+ years F&B Management experience and flexibility to work weekends.
