We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Administrative professional to join our client, a leading mechanical services company based in Co. Kerry.
The role will involve providing high-level administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed, scheduling maintenance calls and coordinating customer call outs, managing orders and invoices, assisting with accounting, budgeting and bookkeeping tasks and other administrative duties.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or accounting role.
* Possession of any relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
