About This Role
* We are seeking an experienced Sous Pastry Chef to join our team in a prestigious luxury hotel located in the heart of Dublin.
A key member of the pastry department, you will support the Head Pastry Chef in delivering exceptional pastry and dessert offerings across various culinary outlets. Your technical expertise, creativity, and passion for innovation will be essential in driving success within this fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* You must have experience as a Sous Pastry Chef or strong background as a Pastry Chef de Partie with ambition to progress further.
* Possess excellent technical skills in pastry preparation, including but not limited to: cake decorating, sugar work, chocolate crafting and plating techniques.
* Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles is highly desirable.
