The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring the delivery of efficient, client-centred processes and contributing to ongoing improvements across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport client onboarding and assist with periodic client reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery.Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.Handle client-related administrative tasks, including wire transfers, stock transfers, account maintenance, and responding to daily requests.Coordinate logistics such as meeting room bookings, client events, couriers, and shared calendars.Contribute to quarterly reporting, support ad-hoc projects, and suggest process improvements.Skills & Experience RequiredRelevant qualification with proven experience in an administrative position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a small team.Professional, discreet, and client-focused, with a commitment to high standards of confidentiality.DesirableExperience within the Wealth Management industry, or a comparable sector.Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
