They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.ResponsibilitiesConduct planned preventative maintenance for electrical systems.Perform planned preventative maintenance for HVAC systems.Demonstrate computer literacy with basic skills in Microsoft Office packages, including email,Excel, and Word.Complete all site lighting repairs and replacements.Carry out reactive repairs to ensure minimum downtime of equipment.Meet service level agreements and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns across thesite.Fulfil all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) requirements before commencing anywork.Ability to perform multi-skilled tasks as needed.Specify and order materials required for projects, ensuring that stock levels of critical spareparts are maintained.Solve problems efficiently, providing timely solutions for all necessary repairs.Liaise daily with the help desk, management, and customers to provide updates.Supervise subcontractors on-site to maintain a comprehensive contractor managementsystem, including health and safety protocols.Actively contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities within the team.Work collaboratively as part of a team on multi-disciplined projects.Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, material handling, and safety at all times.Provide on-call cover on a rota basis if required.About YouWe are seeking a trade-qualified Electrician with at least 5 years of experience.
