We're working with a consultancy firm offering services in project management, quantity surveying, and project controls in their search of a Project Manager. They work on a range of projects, from residential to commercial and industrial, helping clients manage costs and timelines. With experience in both public and private sectors, they assist in every stage of a project, from design to completion.

Responsibilities
8. Prepare monthly reports for government departments.
9. Manage projects during the defects period, overseeing defect resolution and assisting with commercial settlements.
10. Handle change order creation for additional work.
11. Scope and manage concept design and budgets for funding applications.
12. Coordinate the procurement of design teams on eTenders as required.
13. Conduct building stock surveys, energy upgrade assessments, and carbon emissions reporting, contributing to sustainability planning.
14. Perform occasional site visits.
Requirements
15. At least 5 years of Project Management experience, with a mix of public and private sector contracts.
16. A strong interest in long-term, client-side project management.
17. In-depth construction knowledge.
18. Excellent communication skills.
19. Familiarity with eTenders (training can be provided if needed).
