Social Care Worker
Our organization is seeking dedicated professionals to support individuals with disabilities in a residential service. This role involves providing high-quality care, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
A successful candidate will have:
• A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
• Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
• Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable groups
• Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
• Full Clean Manual Driving License
