Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, specifically in relation to home appliances
* Assist customers with inquiries about products, troubleshooting, and warranty information
* Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty
* Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain detailed records
* Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and suggest product or service improvements
* Stay knowledgeable about new appliances and industry trends to offer informed assistance to customers
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous
* Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the appliances or home goods sector, is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer needs efficiently
* Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting
* A genuine interest in home appliances and a commitment to providing outstanding service
