Health & Safety Administrator
We are looking for Health & Safety Administrator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
You will receive in house training working closely with the Health & Safety Manager & Health & Safety Officer.
This post requires you to be very hands-on, have good attention to detail and be able to demonstrate a professional and pro-active approach to work.
Overview of the role
This successful candidate will report to the H&S Manager.
Your tasks will involve:
Implementing the company's health, safety, policy, procedures and management systems and ensuring alignment with legislation, internal process and procedures and international best practices.
In leading and driving a culture which never compromises on the health and safety of employees, contractors, customers, and partners by ensuring the workforce is fully engaged in understanding their responsibilities and empowered to take action when required.
In the overall running of all administrative tasks that are associated with the operations carried out on Site.
General Day to Day of the role:
Update health and safety policies and procedures
Attend and note take at Monthly safety meetings
Monitoring contractor data base
Prepare health and safety reports
Monitoring site training matrix
Metrics and Dashboards updating
Ad-hoc tasks that may arise
To be successful in this role you will need:
Excellent communication and IT skills
Candidate should be a high-energy professional with excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
