Customer obsessed, high energy and love learning every day? If that sounds like you, earn throughout a standard 30 hour contract. You’ll work across different shift times, on varied tasks and with different colleagues.
Note: You must be 18 or over to work in our store as you are required to sell alcohol.
Responsibilities
* Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
* Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
* Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Following freshness and rotation principles
* Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
* Assisting in the stock count process
Shift Patterns
* Morning shift: starting at 5am or 6am with the team to stock the shop floor and prepare bakery products for opening
* Middle shift: starting mid-morning or early afternoon to keep the store clean, well presented and help customers with queries and tills
* Late shift: afternoon start to provide high-quality customer service on tills, restock missing items and prepare for the next day
What You'll Need

* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied environment
* Good team player
* Preferably previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
