Smart Money Financial Consultants is a trusted financial advisory firm based in Monaghan town specialising in retirement planning, investments, savings, protection, mortgages, and financial planning.As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our expanding team and play a key role in supporting our operations.The Office Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring a smooth client experience and efficient back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in being part of a team that makes a difference in people's financial wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral office administration and client supportManaging and updating client records and CRM systemsPreparing documentation for financial applications and compliance requirementsLiaising with clients, providers, and partners professionally and promptlySupporting the financial advisors with scheduling, correspondence, and follow-upsAssisting with reporting, file management, and data accuracyMaintaining confidentiality and compliance with financial regulationsSkills RequiredStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProfessional communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPositive attitude and commitment to teamworkExperience in financial services or a regulated industry (advantage, not essential)Criteria & ExperienceUnderstanding of the importance of client confidentiality and complianceMust be reliable, trustworthy, and client-focusedPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantageExperience in financial planning, insurance, or mortgage sectors is an advantageWhat We OfferFlexible part-time hours (approx. 15 hrs per week)Pension befefits providedSupportive and professional working environmentTraining and career development opportunitiesOpportunity to grow with a respected local financial planning firmHow to ApplySend your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to -Job Type: Part-timePay: From €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 20 per weekBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionFlexitimeLanguage:English (required)Work Location: In person
