Job Title: X3 Admin Officers
We are currently recruiting for the role of X3 Admin Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for checking potential changes to Universal Credit claims.
Key Responsibilities
* Vetting and verification of UC Risk Rule scans
* Contacting customers and third parties, where appropriate
* Processing UC changes in line with guidance and procedures
