Service Support Administrator
. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role, working closely with service engineers while supporting both office and warehouse operations. The role is office based in North Dublin.
The Service Support Administrator is the main point of contact for customers and engineers, ensuring service jobs are logged, monitored, and completed efficiently. This role supports service operations through job management, purchase orders, invoicing, customer portal updates, and equipment tracking. It requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle calls from customers and engineers and log service requests.
* Create, update, and manage service jobs.
* Chase and link customer purchase orders to jobs.
* Complete jobs and raise invoices.
* Update customer portals with job progress.
* Resolve customer invoice queries.
* Track machine inventory and short-term hire jobs.
* Liaise with internal teams to support efficient service delivery.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in service administration or customer support, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
* Experience using service or inventory management systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
