Job Summary:
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.
* Process payroll for 15-20 staff members using Sage, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Input orders and process invoices efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration experience, preferably with previous invoicing experience.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
