Job Title: Business Analyst (eCommerce / Retail)
Location: Greater Dublin Area (Hybrid - 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
Salary: 60-65K DOE + benefits package
About the Role Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a dynamic Business Analyst & Performance Marketing Specialist to optimise data-driven insights for a premium consumer goods brand's direct-to-consumer channels, including eCommerce, on-site retail, and experiential retail operations. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll leverage analytics to enhance customer journeys, boost campaign ROI, and drive revenue growth across digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collate and integrate multi-source data (ticketing, bar sales, retail, eCommerce) to analyse shopper behaviour and trading performance using descriptive and predictive analytics.
2. Identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities to improve consumer journeys and accelerate revenue in-store and online.
3. Develop and manage reports evaluating marketing and campaign performance against key digital KPIs, delivering actionable insights to maximise ROAS and channel synergies.
4. Maintain and optimise consumer-centric PowerBI dashboards tracking the full customer journey, aligned with purchase funnel objectives.
5. Ensure data architecture adheres to governance standards, including best practices for visualisation, modelling, tracking, and validation.
Requirements
6. Commercial acumen with a strong customer-centric and problem-solving mindset.
7. 2-3+ years' experience in digital analytics (Google Analytics) and performance marketing, including event tagging, tracking, and customer journey analysis.
8. Proficiency in Google Marketing platforms (Analytics, Ads, GTM, Optimize, Data Studio, Trends) and data visualisation tools (PowerBI).
9. Familiarity with ERP systems (., SAP) and eCommerce platforms (., Shopify) highly desirable.
10. Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Data Analytics, or Data Science (preferred).
11. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on deriving business value from data.
