Main Duties
Preparing Customer Orders
Actively live Centra brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based. Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas, including making sandwiches and rolls, serving hot food, and slicing meats using store portion control measures.
Cooking and Displaying Foods
Cook, prepare, and display foods sold throughout the day, maintaining the highest standards at all times. Demonstrate a passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations with customers.
Providing Excellent Customer Service
Deal with customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in line with store policy. Ensure that counter displays across all fresh food departments meet the highest standards throughout the day.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Deli Department employee to join our team. General duties will include cooking and serving. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The hours may include early mornings but the latest working time would be 3 pm.
