About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-backed mobility and financial services business to hire a commercially driven leader to build and scale a key consumer revenue channel in Ireland.
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll have real ownership — developing partnerships, unlocking new routes to market, and driving growth across a multi-channel environment.
If you’re looking for a role where you can build something meaningful and see the direct impact of your work, this opportunity offers both autonomy and progression.
The Role
As Head of Partnerships & Retail Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy for a consumer-focused financial product, targeting individuals and SMEs through indirect and partnership-led channels.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and strategy, leading initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a retail growth strategy across multiple channels
Build and manage strategic partnerships (including corporate partners, intermediaries, and distribution networks)
Identify and launch new routes to market (e.g. B2C, B2B2C, B2B2E models such as employee benefit schemes)
Drive revenue growth and commercial performance, managing key KPIs including volume, margin, and retention
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Work cross-functionally with operations, credit, and marketing to optimise the customer journey
Act as a key commercial stakeholder within the leadership team

What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from a range of industries — what matters most is your ability to drive growth through partnerships and indirect sales channels.
Experience

Proven track record in commercial, partnerships, or business development roles
Experience in financial services, fintech, telecoms, insurance, mobility, or other B2C/B2B2C environments
Strong experience building and managing partner-led distribution channels
Demonstrated ability to deliver against revenue and growth targets

Skills

Highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical ability
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Leadership experience or clear potential to step into a leadership role

Desirable (not essential)

Experience in asset finance, lending, or regulated financial products
Knowledge of compliance or consumer finance regulations

Why Join?

Own and shape a key growth function within a scaling business
Work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic direction
Opportunity to build partnerships and channels from the ground up
Strong exposure across commercial, operational, and strategic areas
Clear path for career progression and leadership development
