Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team as the Executive Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader who can champion the interests of Ireland's film and TV directors.
This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the cultural sector, working closely with key stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and delivering our organization's strategy, leading advocacy and negotiations, and inspiring confidence among members, partners, and policymakers.
The ideal candidate will have at least five to seven years of senior leadership experience in government affairs, law, labour relations, or cultural policy, with a proven track record of delivering results in collective bargaining, political lobbying, or legal negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
