Who should apply?
This role will suit qualified audit professionals seeking a move into a managerial role:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
* 3+ years' audit experience, ideally with FS clients
* Currently working in a Top 10 or Big 4 firm, or trained in practice with FS exposure
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the Financial Services Audit division and reports to Senior Management. Key responsibilities include:
* Client Management
– Acting as main point of contact for FS audit clients
* Team Leadership
– Managing audit teams and supporting the development of junior staff
* Audit Delivery
– Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in line with deadlines
* Technical Review
– Reviewing financial statements for compliance with relevant frameworks
* Risk Management
– Ensuring audits meet internal risk and quality standards
* Client Development
– Supporting Managers and Partners with business development efforts
* Process Improvement
– Recommending ways to enhance efficiency within audits
* Stakeholder Interaction
– Collaborating with clients' senior finance teams and key internal stakeholders
