This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.Responsibilities:Buildings ManagementOversee day-to-day operations and maintenance across residential, commercial, and public areas.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to reduce downtime and costly repairs.Coordinate upgrades, installations, and repairs.Manage and supervise external contractors and service providers.Building MaintenanceEnsure all building systems are fully operational.Conduct regular inspections across apartments, commercial spaces, and carparks.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the complex.Tenant & Resident RelationsAddress maintenance requests, complaints, and general queries promptly.Support Residential and Commercial Managers in maintaining tenant satisfaction.People ManagementAssist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of on-site staff.Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.Foster a culture of teamwork, pride, and proactive communication.Health & SafetyEnsure full compliance with health and safety legislation.Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary improvements.Manage emergency procedures and maintain safety equipment.Record and report all accidents and incidents accurately.Carpark ManagementOversee the efficient operation of on-site carparks in collaboration with operators.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and optimal use of space.Respond to operational issues and customer feedback.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and contractor management.Assist with budgeting and provide regular updates to senior management.Requirements:Qualification in Facilities or Estate Management, Property Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, ideally in a mixed-use development.Solid knowledge of building systems, health & safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership and organisational skills.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Budget management experience preferred.Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability is a bonus.What’s nextClick“Apply Now”to submit your application for Estate Manager
