A solicitors office based in Mountbellew County Galway is looking for an experienced Part-time legal secretary. Excellent computer and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work in an organised and efficient manner.
Duties to include:
* Preparing, typing, and filing legal documents,
* Managing correspondence and responding to clients' enquiries in person, via email, or by telephone
* Organising diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
* Scanning, photocopying, and faxing
