**Job Opportunity**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Programmes, Services & Sales Coordinator.The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing our programmes and services, including workshops, and supporting regional growth. They will also play a key role in the growth of our programmes and self-generated income, development of relationships and partners, and working closely with senior management.This is a middle manager position within the organisation and applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to take on such responsibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in sales, promotion, and delivery of education and training programmes.The role involves supporting the sales, promotion, and delivery of our wide range of online and in-person education and training programmes. This includes working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.**Key Responsibilities**To build and develop our programmes and services, including workshops, to support regional growth and increase revenue.To play a key role in the growth of our programmes and self-generated income, development of relationships and partners, and working closely with senior management.To support the sales, promotion, and delivery of our wide range of online and in-person education and training programmes.**Benefits**A competitive salary scale of €41,000 (starting salary depending on experience).A fixed term contract of 1 year, with the intention to extend subject to ongoing funding and satisfactory performance.A probationary period of 6 months.**Requirements**Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, education).
