About the Role
:
In this account management and business development role, you will join a training program which is delivered by a series of experienced leaders and is structured to take you through all steps in the sales development life cycle.
Following the initial training, you will focus on managing clients, building a deep relationship with them and understanding their needs. You will maintain regular contact and look for opportunities to grow the existing client account. This will involve maintaining contact via the telephone, email and face-to-face meetings. You will also be exposed to training on identifying and developing new clients across Ireland.
This sales opportunity will provide you with the tools to build a successful career in a fast-growing company which will facilitate career opportunities in the organisation.
You will:
* Participate in a phased sales training program
* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Build strong relationships and widen your network within the client accounts
* Learn and begin to grow new B2B clients
* Identify new ways to innovate in the growth of the business
Experience:
* Motivated for a successful career with people
* Min 6 months of solid experience and evidence of regularly outperforming targets within a sales role or similar role.
* Degree Qualified
