This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value roles within the construction industry, including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and more.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical and management roles.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Requirements: Previous recruitment experience (construction or technical sectors preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of the Irish construction market is an advantage.
