Key Role Information
This role involves working with a busy administrative team in a top legal firm. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Team Administrator or PA and excellent skills in organization, communication, and administration.
Main Responsibilities
* International Travel Arrangements
* Booking flights, hotels, and creating detailed itineraries
* Meeting Coordination
* Coordinating complex meeting bookings and schedules
* Client Relationship Management
* Maintenance of client database and ongoing correspondence
* Internal Liaison
* Liaising with internal teams including finance and billing
* Creative Support
* General corporate administrative duties including preparation of presentations, printing and organizing of documents
* Team Collaboration
* Attending team meetings and coordinating on action points
Essential Requirements
* Minimum two years of experience as a Team Administrator or PA
* Excellent MS Office skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload
* Skilled in booking travel and creating detailed itineraries with complex meeting coordination
