About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our inventory levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's inventory management processes, ensuring accurate records, coordinating with various departments, conducting regular audits, and utilizing inventory management software. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records
* Coordinating with teams to ensure efficient inventory management
* Forecasting supply needs and managing inventory levels
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory counts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or a related field
* Experience with forecasting and supply chain analysis
* A good understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting
* Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g. ERP systems)
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
