Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily office tasks such as checking emails, answering calls, filing documents, and assisting the administrative team.
* Process orders, providing courteous support to customers.
* Deliver excellent customer care, resolving queries and handling invoice issues promptly.
* Participate in telesales: following up on leads, sharing product information, and referring opportunities across the business.
* Liaise with credit and accounts teams as needed.
* Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Support the team by participating in meetings, training, and appraisals.
* Adhere to all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in both sales & customer service and administration.
* Experience working in a target-driven environment; able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
* Confident IT user with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* Skilled problem solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional, proactive, and trustworthy approach.
* Team player who can also work independently.
