About the Role
* We are seeking a skilled professional to investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing systems, ensuring timely responses to client requests and addressing potential abuse on our platform.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports and staying informed about client products and community standards.
* This role requires utilizing market-specific knowledge and insights to develop scalable solutions for improved community support, as well as gathering and analyzing data to drive user experience improvements.
* The ideal candidate will recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team and identifying inefficiencies in workflows to suggest effective solutions.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, empathy, and decision-making abilities.
