We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Evening Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring excellent customer service while also performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:Greet and welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or person.Membership/Till database managementMaintain a clean and organized reception area.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Administrative Support:Maintain debtor and creditor ControlSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.Assist with office supplies management, ordering and maintaining stock levels.Perform data entry and update company records and databases.Handle filing and organizing both physical and digital documents.Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.Assist with Invoicing and other materials as needed.Direct Debit collectionGeneral Office Management:Maintain office calendars and assist with scheduling team or department meetings.Manage office equipment and arrange for repairs or maintenance when necessary.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the office.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience in a SME or similarPrevious experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with Quickbooks (not essential)Professional demeanor and positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Work Environment:Office setting, with typical working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or as specified).Occasional lifting or carrying of office supplies and equipment may be required.Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:Employee discountGym membershipOn-site parkingWellness programExperience:Reception/Administration: 2 years (required)Language:English (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In person
