We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead and manage the full lifecycle of a residential housing project from site setup and groundworks through certification and handover.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in site management, particularly on residential developments (housing, apartments, or mixed-use).
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations, including subcontractors, direct labour, and materials coordination.
* Implement quality assurance and conduct regular site inspections.
* Enforce Health & Safety regulations, hold toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with RAMS.
* Maintain site diaries, reports, lookahead schedules, and all necessary documentation.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, local authorities, and utility providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Possession of a Degree or Higher Diploma in Construction or relevant trade qualifications.
* A thorough knowledge and application of Irish Building Regulations and certification standards.
