Project Leader
Galway Job Title: Project Manager About the Role As a project leader, you will lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include managing full project lifecycle from initial scoping through to close-out with focus on equipment introduction process improvements supplier/vendor coordination.
* Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including R&D Quality Manufacturing Regulatory Supply Chain.
* Scoping & Planning: Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines with stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities Include
to interface with internal departments (stakeholders) drive
project success manage relationships suppliers vendors
ensure timely
successful introduction qualification new manufacturing equipment technologies FAT SAT IQ/OQ/PQ processes identify risks develop mitigation plans ensure on-time in-budget delivery provide regular updates KPIs dashboards senior management.
We Are Looking For: candidates who hold bachelor's degree engineering science related technical field minimum 4-5 years experience as project manager regulated environment preferably medical devices certified using recognised certifications e.g PMP PRINCE2 exhibit excellent leadership communication problem-solving skills ability to prioritise effectively work under pressure fast-paced environment finally candidate should have working knowledge tools systems e.g MS Project Smartsheet JIRA IF they match we encourage them please reach out or send CV contact Rachel McMahon
