We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the audit function, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of independent assurance and advisory services, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and executing comprehensive assurance reviews of operational and financial controls
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and challenging control frameworks to identify areas for improvement
• Developing clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Tracking and verifying remediation actions to ensure effective implementation of audit findings
• Supporting the development of risk management initiatives and contributing to cross-functional projects
• Building and maintaining strong internal relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing
• Conducting audits and stakeholder engagements with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in internal or external audit, with a strong understanding of risk, governance, and control practices. They will also possess excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills, as well as effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
