What we are looking for:
QQI Level 5 or higher in Early Childhood Care & Education.
Level 7 or 8 is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Early Years Setting.
Two strong professional references.
Genuine warmth, initiative and professionalism.
A Team player who takes pride in high-quality care and meaningful interaction.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
Comply with all relevant childcare regulation and policies.
Observe, document and support each child's developmental progress.
Engage positively with children, parents and colleagues.
