What we are looking for:
* QQI Level 5 or higher in Early Childhood Care & Education. Level 7 or 8 is an advantage.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Early Years Setting.
* Two strong professional references.
* Genuine warmth, initiative and professionalism.
* A Team player who takes pride in high-quality care and meaningful interaction.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
* Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
* Comply with all relevant childcare regulation and policies.
* Observe, document and support each child's developmental progress.
* Engage positively with children, parents and colleagues.
