The Job
The Marketing Manager owns the development and activation of Bord Gáis Energy’s B2B marketing strategy across brand, messaging, content and integrated go‑to‑market campaigns to drive awareness, demand and commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define B2B marketing strategy and GTM plans aligned to commercial objectives
Own B2B brand positioning, messaging frameworks and narrative governance
Design and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns
Develop and scale high-quality B2B content and assets
Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all channels
Optimise performance using insight, data and analytics
Lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and influence decision making
Manage external agencies and marketing budgets
Work closely with corporate affairs team to ensure the successful development and delivery of a communications and corporate affairs strategy for Bord Gáis Energy B2B
Skills & Experience
Experience within a similar role, ideally within the energy industry
Extensive B2B marketing experience including brand, content strategy and integrated campaigns
Strong stakeholder management, analytics and commercial focus. Strong understanding of B2B energy/utilities markets, customer journeys and proposition marketing
