This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping procurement best practices, managing cost analysis, and contributing to innovation in construction procurement.Procurement Strategy & Best Practices: Assist in the development and rollout of procurement best practice initiatives and digital procurement strategies.Tender & Cost Analysis: Prepare, issue, and review tender packages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Benchmark returned tenders, negotiate rates, and draft tender recommendation reports.Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Ensure subcontract packages align with standard specifications and format pricing documents for consistency across multiple projects.Market & Inflation Tracking: Support the development and updating of inflation trackers to monitor market trends.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic procurement projects.Supply Chain Management: Assist in compiling reports for Supply Chain Management Meetings and contribute to discussions on procurement improvements.Data & Presentation Preparation: Compile and present key procurement insights in PowerPoint reports for senior management.Innovation & Construction Methods: Conduct analysis of different construction methods and contribute to the innovation agenda within the procurement function.If you're interested or would like to find out more, please apply directly or contact or
