Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and administer all aspects of payroll

2. Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions

4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations

5. Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues

6. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management

7. Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulations related to payroll

8. Develop and implement effective procedures to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy

9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall payroll performance

12. Support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes

13. Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to payroll
