Group Marketing and Communications Manager As Marketing/Comms Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy for high-end hospitality venues. Your focus will be to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, grow engagement across all channels, and ensure that the property maintains a strong presence in the local ,national & international hospitality market. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and proven experience in digital and traditional marketing. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC. Oversee the creation of engaging content, photography, video, and promotional materials. Manage the website and ensure it is optimised for user experience and conversions. Plan and implement promotional campaigns for rooms, dining, weddings, events, and seasonal offers. Collaborate with the sales, F&B, and events teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on campaign ROI. Liaise with media, PR partners, and local stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Brand & Creative Leadership Bring our brand story to life across all digital and print materials from tone of voice to visual identity. Collaborate with design and media partners to develop campaign assets and elevate content quality. Ensure a seamless and luxurious brand experience across every guest interaction. Requirements: What You Bring: A degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent; Google/Meta certifications a plus. Minimum 2 years experience in a senior B2C marketing role, ideally within hospitality or luxury brands. Proven success in developing and scaling digital campaigns that convert. Deep knowledge of website performance, UX, SEO, analytics, CRM, and social platforms. Strong content creation chops visual eye + copywriting flair. Results-driven mindset, with experience managing performance-based KPIs and budgets. Exceptional communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in content creation and brand storytelling. Strong organisational and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
