An opportunity has arisen for an Online Assistant to join the Digital/Online Department at Club Travel, a leading Online Travel Agent in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and updating Content Management Systems.
* Support consultants on internal systems and our clients on external systems.
* Troubleshooting and performing 1st line support activities.
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritise problems whilst formulating plans of resolution.
* Escalate unresolved issues to Management team, as necessary.
* Working closely with the Manager & development teams to UAT releases & bug fixes.
* Support the Management & other team members on projects as required including online research & business development.

* Excellent organisational, written, verbal and ICT skills.
* Organised, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Additional Information:
* The role is a full-time position.
* Training and practical experience will be given.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
* A high standard of written and spoken English is required.
