Job Title: Corporate Front of House Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Front of House representative to provide exceptional service to our clients.
* To greet all visitors and clients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency, creating a welcoming and memorable first impression.
* Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and reflective of a premium service environment.
* Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with discretion and professionalism, directing them appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate visitor bookings, meeting room reservations, and related administrative tasks.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
* Uphold confidentiality and maintain a calm, composed demeanor in a dynamic environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a high-end reception, 5* hospitality, or front-of-house role (corporate or luxury environment preferred). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Confident, polished, and professional presentation at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking or scheduling systems. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, able to work independently, and as part of a team.
