As a vital member of the Environmental Health and Safety team, your role is crucial in maintaining these standards and ensuring the organization is prepared for necessary compliance activities.

What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Identify and ensure compliance with Legal and Global Occupational Safety and Health standards for hazardous workplace conditions.
Oversee daily EHS activities hazardous, biological, and special process safety activities, maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders, and conduct Improvement programs.
POC Support, Investigate safety, health and organizational environment incidents, develop and disseminate EHS communications with NPI stakeholders.
Participate in Internal and External EHS Audits and inspections, follow-up procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of EHS performance plans.
Manage moderately projects, develop short-term work plans, and apply skills to contribute effectively within the Work Team.
Integrate EHS into daily management, identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with local safety champions, and assist in evaluating new sites, projects, and equipment.
Audit site systems and processes, implement EHS cultural improvement activities, and review, identify, develop, and deliver EHS-related training programs.
Manage and maintain digital EHS platforms for the area.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BA diploma (or equivalent) or relevant certificates with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in understanding and applying the laws, regulations, standards, and best practices governing health and safety and specifically for Process safety in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills Good skills in managing digital systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in EHS program development, ISO implementation, and ongoing management Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Knowledge of the technical aspects of EHS programs Experience managing Share Point and/or EHS digital platforms Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Work Location Assignment: Hybrid Additional Information In order to be considered for this position in Ireland you need to be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
